PACT act

I have an appointment with my PCP to test for asthma. So it brought me to PACT act research because while active duty in Yokosuka I was TAD to Atsugi for several months two times to fix our equipment. If I am diagnosed with asthma, would I qualify for the PACT act? And if so what does it entail? What are the benefits?
